Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your MDA Arena account and associated personal data.

How to submit a request

1. Email support@mdaarena.com.
2. Use the subject: MDA Arena Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the account email address, your full name and club or organisation.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymise the account profile and personal information that is no longer required to operate the service or meet legal and sporting-governance obligations.

What may be retained

Official fixtures, match results, rankings, scoring records, audit/security records and other historical competition records may be retained where necessary for sporting integrity, archiving, dispute handling, legal compliance or legitimate organisational purposes. Where appropriate, retained records will be anonymised or access-restricted.

We aim to respond to verified requests without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.
