This Privacy Policy explains how the Malta Darts Association (“MDA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the MDA Arena mobile application and related online services.

MDA Arena may contain competition information involving youth players. Account access for minors should be managed only in accordance with MDA rules and applicable law. Parents or legal guardians may contact us regarding a minor’s personal information.

Some service providers may process information outside Malta or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we use legally recognised safeguards for such transfers.
